Add a simple locking mechanism to your gas strut to ensure that your strut will stay extended even if the gas strut itself fails. Perfect for heavier applications or situation where safety is paramount. When you purchase a locking mechanism with an appropriate gas strut we will install the mechanism on the strut for you, unless stated otherwise.

Note you only need to purchase one locking tube per pair of struts. A locking tube will also act as a protection tube.
